SMS Messaging & Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

How our text messaging works

Customers initiate contact with our business by calling our phone line. If a call cannot be answered, the caller may receive an SMS text message reply from our number as a direct response to their inquiry, allowing the conversation to continue by text. We may also send conversational, customer care messages in reply to questions sent to us by text. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

You can opt out of text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (737) 271‑0559 or carterfletcherdev@gmail.com.

Consent

By calling or texting our business phone number, you consent to receive a conversational SMS response related to your inquiry. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry: your phone number and the contents of your call or message. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers necessary to deliver our replies.
