Our services

Harborline provides phone answering, call routing, and text messaging communication services to marina businesses.

Billing and cancellation

Services are provided on a month to month basis and may be cancelled by either party at any time. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once a service month has begun.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide for use in automated responses, including hours, rates, and policies.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of telephone carriers or messaging networks.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the month the claim arose.

What we do not do

We do not sell leads, operate as an affiliate marketer, or purchase contact lists. All messaging is initiated by our clients' own customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
